Learning Process
Our consultant staff will facilitate the activities and discussions with a focus on helping participants to discover how key learning points can be adapted into their unique situation. We use a Learning Process that helps participants: examine how they interact and make appropriate changes to improve effectiveness. The Learning Process begins with an Action Learning Activity. After each activity our facilitators will help the team examine their behavior, determine their effectiveness, and make applications to real world situations. This process not only helps individuals and teams develop, but reinforces continuous performance improvement. The program design will include a module for the team to develop action plans for application back on the job. |
